I called and made an appointment to have my hair cut, a perm and a set in rollers. The girl the owner set me up with on saturday morning had worked at super cuts. She told me that morning that they don't do perms at super cuts. I should have left then ! First of all the hair wash . She hardly got my whole head wet and then did not rinse all the soap out.
