I’m not sure why they received such negative reviews. Tania and Yohana were the assistants, and they did their jobs exceptionally well—supporting at every step and helping wherever needed. Dr. Taimur was humble and carried out his work perfectly.

The staff's attention is terrible, they have no manners, they do everything to suit them.
