Went with with my friend to return an item (power cord to charge the battery) which he purchased the previous day from the same salesman. Unfortunately it wasn't the correct one and they was didn't have the one he needed. The salesman said one of the most neurotic things I've ever heard- he was offering to cut the cord and place the necessary plug so that it would work. I was being flabbergasted since 1.
