Moved in three years ago - friendly community - so glad I found it. Nice neighbors, weekly potlucks and monthly theme dinners, pool, dog park, lovely landscaping and fantastic location in a residential area near downtown Vista.
Seems to be run by one person that is not even a board member. Talking about enforcing a new policy that will require a new coach be brought in if you sell yours. That will clearly hurt the price when selling. It probably will happen ,people don’t get it. Just like the new smart meters!!
I have lived here since 2006 and love the community, the people and the camaraderie. It is quiet and neighbors look out for each other. Many activities to choose from, if you want to get involved.
I have lived at CDV since June 2010. Our Park is beautiful and very nicely maintained. There are so many caring, compassionate people here. We look out for each other & help one another. Being involved with some or all activities is an individual option. You will always find friendship at CDV.
