I had been going to this doctor since 2019, and I never had an issue with them. On the contrary, I always spoke with the receptionists politely and the doctor always took my physicals. Ordinarily, I'd give them 5 stars just because they got the job done. However, about two weeks ago, I went to see them for a particular issue regarding work. Once I explained that I needed documentation, the doctor said I would have to write the letter because he was too busy to write it himself. Excellent Doctor but they need to update to take credit cards and make sure that you know your plan rules for copays. Office needs a bit of updating but it’s clean and the staff is friendly.
