Never use Corolla PPP. We hired them to remodel 2.5 bathrooms and paint our great room. It took them 5 1/2 months and the project is still not done. We lost two weeks of confirmed rental income, they installed miss-matched tile and refused to fix it, and the painting looks like something my 7 year old would do.
