Ordered in mid Feb. After a month (mid march) I reached out asking for an update, never heard from them. Finally someone reached out in April saying it was out of stock and I could order something else or get a refund. I asked for a refund. Never heard back... and now just received an email that they will be shipping in 1-2 weeks. Not sure what is going on with this place but will never be ordering from them again.
Awesome customer service
This company is amazing. They are well organized, have a great team in place, outstanding customer service and a reliable product. Recently I was in a phenomenal major regional hospital visiting area and noticed a Zoll AED mounted to the wall ready for use if needed. That was a great confirmation for me!
I ordered and paid for an AED for another person . AED was actually shipped and owner Tommy Wilkins had it returned to him because he had an issue with a transaction we had several years ago. I am a paramedic of 31 years, also a former cop. What kind of human being would actually return to sender a lifesaving device that was paid for a shipped because of a vendetta against someone.
