Keaton installed a new water softener for me yesterday. He answered every questions I had with a smile. The area was cleaned up and everything taken away. He is very knowledgeable and I even learned a few things from him. I would highly recommend Cornwell Plumbing!
Chris and Cornwell were very responsive. It wasn't an emergency but we were scheduled the next from the initial call. They evaluate a water pressure issue and were able to do the work the same day. Chris was very thorough, explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. Everything was cleaned up and put back. We will definitely be contacting Cornwell for any future plumbing needs.
Kyle (and associate Aaron?) was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. They had to come back due to an issue and did so, again, with same level of professionalism. I very much appreciate the quality service they provided.
