Great builder who pays attention to details!!
Purchased a house from Cornwell Homes and Design in 2017. There are several issues with the house the builder never came back to repair. When he wasn't dodging my calls he would assure me he would come and fix things. Months would pass before I'd have to track him down again. It's coming up on a year and the 1 year warranty is about to expire. I'm afraid I'll have to take legal action at this point. Be very careful buying a home built by this group.
