This is the most frustrating dealership to deal with and keep having to deal with very concerning scummy behaviour Sales Manager After purchasing my car and told my car was perfect and ready to be picked up. Amazing experience picking up my new GTI Performance. The Sales Manager Andy went over and above to pick me up in Ottawa to bring me to the dealership to pick up my car. Elizabeth my sales rep performed a perfect delivery experience going over every option on the car. Thumbs up all around.
We recently purchased a 2022 VW Taos. We traveled from Rockland to test drive one. We purchased it. But the next day I noticed one for sale. It fit our personal needs better. Brian helped upgrade to this particular one. Sight unseen we bought it. Then because I have issues with scented products the team has to find a way to clean it without using anything scented. I am really pleased and had a lovely drive home.
