The service department of this dealership is a scam. They consistently underquote work and upcharge complete nonsense. I signed for a 165$ diagnostic? Well, the bill was 560$, without warning. Only after the fact do they try to explain away the additional charges as labour (what is a diagnostic if not labour? No parts were fixed, no fluid added, nothing.)
