New owners way better to get in but need to get out of vehicle to enter code.
Had a very unprofessional, rude and uncalled for encounter with the owner, never had we been treated so unfairly, in short we do not recommended any dealings with this facility.
Friendly service
I used Cornwall Stormont Self Storage for a sixth month period in 2019-2020. The 24 hour access was great, the unit was spotless and price could not be beat. What stood out the most was the customer service from the owner. John went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and was extremely responsive with all communications. I highly recommend using this facility for any storage locker or boat/RV storage requirements.
