They did an excellent job replacing the zipper on my son's hockey bag. The lady was very nice.

the owner was very easy to deal with custom made to fit a leather jacket for me and a pair of leather gloves I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship he went above and beyond highly recommended and very satisfied.
sent in a pair of dr martens. they came back with two hideous giant crooked rectangular patches on top, even though they only had tiny holes in the sides that couldve been fixed with an internal patch. the classic bright yellow stitching was completely covered with black polish and they don't even look like dr martens anymore. Oh, except for at the back, where the yellow is clearly visible and fades into a muddy black by the front.
