Eva, the sales lady is a very nice, friendly and exceptional sales clerk. She has been extremely helpful to me in many ways. the owner was very easy to deal with custom made to fit a leather jacket for me and a pair of leather gloves I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship he went above and beyond highly recommended and very satisfied.
sent in a pair of dr martens. they came back with two hideous giant crooked rectangular patches on top, even though they only had tiny holes in the sides that couldve been fixed with an internal patch. the classic bright yellow stitching was completely covered with black polish and they don't even look like dr martens anymore. Oh, except for at the back, where the yellow is clearly visible and fades into a muddy black by the front. A warning to anyone that wants a quality shoe repair. Run in the opposite direction and take your shoes to Plourdes shoe repair on water st. What a horrible experience with the shoes that were left to be repaired here, they needed to be glued(which was was done so poorly it will need to be re done even after I pointed it out). The insoles needed to be replaced( again poorly done and glue residue left on the insole also pointed out) also not to mention there were areas that could have used a buffing(shining) but not done of c... read more
