My 5 year old recently went in for a surgery, they had to extract one of her loose teeth in the process & agreed to give it to us to take home (for tooth fairy purposes) after carrying my crying child freshly awoken down two flights of stairs I realized they didn’t give it to me, immediately called them from the parking lot, left a voicemail assuming they were busy but told them I would be back the next day to pick it up. Overall a great experience. They were great with my son! Would definitely recommend.
First experience & last - much would I say it’s ghetto and the workers don’t wear scrubs just their regular everyday clothes. Doesn’t look sanitary, assistants seem to really not know what they’re doing, the head dentist seems super rude - didn’t even give my niece a retainer after her braces were off. Says we missed appointments but they never call back nor respond back - nieces braces broke a few times. Do not recommend at all

Catches you on the spot by saying more work needs to be completed before you have a chance to ensure your insurance covers it. Now left with a $1700 balance owing. The work done was not urgent and could have been done in chunks to align with dental benefits. When the receptionist was asked to quickly run it through, I was dismissed and assured, "you have benefits, you'll be fine" I'm noticing that only the 5 star reviews are showing but when I shared my story in a local group, there are many experiences much like my own.
