Very aggressive and impatient can driver
What a pair of ignorant staff on Customer Counter. I have been in the Trade for over 20 years and we where trained how to acknowledge customers even when busy. Walked out in the end and left part on counter, drove down the road to Motor Parts Direct with much better service. I know your bulk business is the Trade, if you can't manage a front counter Don't Have one. Never again.
Waited in here for 5 mins & was not even acknowledged let alone served by anyone. Answered 2 separate phone calls first with me stood right there when I had already been waiting. 2 members of staff also walked past me 3 times & still nothing. Used to come here alot but won't ever be back & will certainly be putting the word around. The motor trade is a small world around here. Went to another motor factors just down the road & was spoken to & served as soon as I walked through the door
Helpful friendly staff. Prices on par. Good range of things on display.
