Ivan and Tracey have looked after of van for years, always on hand to help us with repairs and servicing. Highly thought of in caravan community.
Came when they said they would and helped with a basic electrical issue. Also gave great general advice and information to a complete newbie (me). Looked at a gas fire issue also.

Whilst on holiday, water stopped pumping through our caravan. We called out caravan repairs and he came within the hour and did his best to save us from having to buy a new pump. And when it became apparent he couldn’t he managed to replace it with a much cheaper one. He was incredible value for money as well. A huge thanks to both him and Tracey in the office.
Rang asking for help with brocken water heater ( drain plug sheared off, water pumping out!) at 4pm, luckily Ivan had been rained off and was free to help ( my caravan on a site 10miles from him). He was able to be with us within 30min, removed remains of drain plug, retapped hole, fitted a new one, refilled water system and tested all working again by 6pm!
