The gas tank dropped from my car and was dragging on the ground, I had no choice but to pull into the Mitsubishi parking lot and wait for CAA. I sat there blocking the entrance to their business for 2 hours. In that time they came out and offered me water twice, 3 separate people checked on me, and they we're very kind and charitable. We love Mitsubishi! Vehicles and staff! From the maintenance department with Dan and Johnny to Alexis, who recently sold us our Eclipse and Johny in Finance, as well as Chadwick the manager. Updated Review I'm updating my review because the dealership reached out after my original post and worked with me to address the warranty concern. They replaced the battery and involved their electrical technician to investigate the issue. I appreciate their efforts, their communication, and their willingness to honor the warranty. Since the repair was only completed today, I'll continue to monitor the vehicle over the coming weeks and hope the issue is fully resolved.
