Men's mental health help is non existent, it's extremely disappointing that the staff and doctors don't care about a father's struggle and parental alienation
Not good
Whether it's the office assistant or the psychiatrist, not calling in advance to verify appointments, then not sending the meeting email, then, when you call in a panic to request the meeting, stating you're being discharged without reason, then berating your psychiatric patient for being emotional before hanging up on them is at best irresponsible, and at worst encourages suicide.
Very unhappy with my two meetings with a Dr.Augustine. My first visit was straight forward explaining my mental health symptoms, I forgot to mention some of my newer medication and told him I was on a medication that has not changed my symptoms since I’ve been on it for the past 6 months. He wasn’t the most friendly of doctors but he wrote quite a few notes. Today on my second visit, he completely forgot we ever met, he had to be briefed on who I was.
