Zero communication, and zero pride for their work. Lots of waiting around for nothing. The work didn’t get done, they couldn’t find the obvious issue, they complained about short staffing, and they didn’t order the part.
I brought my wife's Honda civic for a recall. Was told it would take an hour. When I drove in the bay to drop off the car, William from service drove right in behind me honking his horn 4 times yelling at me to move the car. Then when the car was ready, he knew I was waiting but didn't inform me that the repair was done. I took a walk after 2 hours of waiting, I saw it parked outside. He refused to serve me, I had to talk to Matthew W. To get the car. I will never recommend this dealership.
Brought my vehicle in for some repairs under warranty. Was called to say the work was done, arrived the following day for pickup and I’m still waiting for the work to be finished. No explanation on why. Just not a great experience when you’re on a time crunch. If they are late or noticed a mistake that would lead to a delay, it makes sense to call me and let me work around it instead of waiting.
