Good service , fair prices
I had a 9:00 appointment they didn't get the vehicle in until 11:15.... Then had to go on lunch at 12:00 finally got to talk to the mechanic after lunch so after 1:00 just to find out he didn't address the problem with the vehicle and was checking other things the whole time....so then he checked my issue and couldn't find the problem so I'm out $170 an hour and my whole day, finally got outta there around 3, I asked to talk to the owner and was promised I could talk to the owners son and never got to ....I did talk to a sal... read more
Great parts and service team.
Brought in my two vehicles for an oil change and it took them over 3 hours to get it done despite having an appointment. They didn’t bother to let me know that they were running behind schedule. Brought in my red civic recently and noticed that my door handle had been scuffed and chipped. The service manager claimed that he reviewed the cameras from inside the shop and didn’t see anything that would’ve caused the damage.
