I would not recommend renting from this group. I am personally a tenant of one of their properties for a few more months. With recent rent increases due to “increased costs”, this company only cares about the exterior appearance of their properties- not their tenants and not the interior quality and functionality. I was prompted to review this brand based on their poor lack of judgement. In an effort to preserve the image of their property, they recently asked one of their tenants to remove a Ukrainian flag. Living in a time when democracy is at risk, begs the question of where their priorities lie as an organization. Please take this into account when making a decision about housing, and where your recurring monthly payments go.

Heard from my friend that they asked him to take down his Ukrainian flag as they "take great pride in the appearance of our property; making every effort to always have them look their best."
