I recently took in a very sweet stray cat and made a vet appointment for him. Unfortunately the day of the appointment I came home from work to discover he had escaped. I immediately called and canceled my appointment, and let them know what happened. I was told a manager would give me a call back about the deposit. I eventually found him and when I was finally able to speak to the manager I asked if I could use the deposit for a new appointment.
