I tried to schedule an appointment on a Saturday because their website states they are open until noon. Instead, I was directed to an emergency line, where the staff member was rude and claimed they aren’t open on Saturdays before hanging up on me. They didn’t inquire about my pet or my reasons for calling. It’s frustrating to have an emergency line if they’re not able to assist. My dog is quite ill, and my family is worried about her, but given this one negative experience, I wouldn’t have any confidence in this place.

The staff is great and cares about your animals. Dr Clay not so much. He cares about money. He stood 6" from an injured, upset cat, in a tshirt (no gloves, or sleeves, for our "agressive"cat), and said that if the cat bites, he would euthanize him. I bet not, Josh! We will be switching vets. The staff is awesome, that's why 3 stars, and not one.
