Awful experience. They advertise they are open until 5. Today (10/30) I stopped at 4:51 and the door was locked with the girl behind the counter shaking her head No.This was after I stopped here on (10/29) at 5:01and she stood behind the counter and was shaking her head No. You people have lost your customer service. There are other cleaners with a better customer attitude.I will spread the word to not give you people one more cent. GET BETTER SERVICE AT GIANT EAGLE.
Been going here for years for dry cleaning and alterations. Will NEVER go back again. Dropped off dry cleaning and then, unfortunately, we experienced multiple deaths, cancer/chemo, and several surgeries in my family so we were unable to pick up the dry cleaning for almost a year (that’s a long time, I know). Give it nothing if I could haven't even dealt with you an your drivers are not able to drive. Will not ever even consider it.
Will NOT deal with them again. We called to explain that we will be a few minutes late before their closing time and they would not wait 5 minutes.
