Unfortunately we were unable to stay at Cornflower Cottage due to an impending hurricane. However I still felt compelled to write a review, because Charlie and Gail were such a pleasure to work with and they immediately refunded our deposit after our (very) last minute cancellation. They are obviously great people and I look forward to staying at their lovely cottage sometime in the future.
Beautiful cottage steps away from the Pinellas Bike Trail and five minute walk to downtown Dunedin where you will find a wide range of eateries. Cottage is nicely decorated, well furnished, and exceptionally clean. Charlie and Gail are friendly, gracious, and responsive. Backyard is private and very relaxing. Other amenities include super fast WiFi, washer and dryer, full size refrigerator with ice maker, and easy parking. Take a good look at this gem in downtown Dunedin!
I have stayed at the Cornflower Cottage cottage several times. It is a superior vacation rental and an outstanding value. The cottage is well appointed and immaculately clean. Full kitchen with stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. There are two same size bedrooms each with a full size bed. There is plenty of closet and dresser space. The location of this rental is great. Everything is within walking distance. The cottage is CLEAN and spacious, and the owners are very responsive. Having bicycles and DVDs available was a very nice touch. I also liked the USB charging ports embedded in the electrical outlets. The WiFi is very fast. Great vacation spot.
