Whomever changed my oil over tightened and stripped the oil plug screw leaving us to deal with it when we decided to start changing our own oil Thank God my daddy is a master mechanic and was able to get it out. However I came back to edit my review . We weren't going to use them again ..but after Brandon replied to my text and told me he was willing to reimburse us for the parts we had to buy to fix it....I changed my mind. Not many places will do this and stand behind their work!
Love the service and price but there's literally nowhere to sit comfortably while they change my oil / do car repairs. I had to sit in the office with people I don't know. If someone else had been there before me, I'd have had to stand for hours. So I'm forced to go elsewhere to get my oil changed . So sad
Brandon's services are the best around town. Very professional and friendly customer service from all the Technicians.
Easy to work with friendly service and good reliable service never had an issue have brought many vehicles there do recommend
