I recently brought my vehicle in for servicing on the 1st of October. While I was charged $980, I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the replacement of parts. At no point was I contacted via call or message to confirm or discuss these changes, which I would have appreciated. Additionally, I didn't notice any improvement in my vehicle's performance post-service, leaving me questioning the quality of the work done.
