My son had his hilux serviced very efficient
Good service. Good staff.
I recently brought my vehicle in for servicing on the 1st of October. While I was charged $980, I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the replacement of parts. At no point was I contacted via call or message to confirm or discuss these changes, which I would have appreciated. Additionally, I didn't notice any improvement in my vehicle's performance post-service, leaving me questioning the quality of the work done. Found them to be pretty good. Service was able to locate an almost obscure ECU patch fix for an automatic 2020 Hilux. Like 3 other dealers couldn't locate the patch within the Toyota computer system. Parts staff are excellent. They either have it, will get it from Melbourne within 2 days or will tell you if it has to come from Japan (like 3 weeks).
