The lady on the phone was not really helpful and rude. I had an episode of panic attacks and need to seek gp waited for morethan 1 and half hour just to tell me I have to call back at 8am again tomorrow did not explain well just telling me there are loads in a queue and accusing me that I am shouting at her. "Excuse me don't shout at me!! I was not i am just wondering why they call me back just to tell me I have to call back next day?

Checked in twice. Once on touch screen and at reception. Appointment was at 10am. Wasnt called in. Stayed until 11.30am and gave up. Not busy at all, just one person who came and left while I was there. 5 doctors there at not one bothered to help.

Avoid this doctor’s! Don’t give you appointments, don’t take referrals serious, told me on the phone after neglecting my needs for 3 days, if I turned up first thing in the morning I’d be guaranteed a appointment. Turned up, 10th person in the queue and there’s nothing left. Alls you hear of them is we recommend going the walk in. Been with this doctors for a little while now, And never been given an appointment the whole time I’ve been there, just palmed off to somewhere else. My family will be leaving this doctors!

The doctors are wonderful but the dispatchers are horrible. I was 2nd in line and the call was disconnected or hung up on by the operator, even though I was just waiting for my appointment. I called them back but there is no appointment and they won't help. It's hard to get in to see the doctor, avoid this place.
