I am having the same problem as Michelle that also left a Review. I rented from them in 2020. I just received legal documents stating I owe rent for a month I didnt even live there. They have cleaning charges on my ledger- and I hired a cleaning company that professionally cleaned my unit before move out. I have not heard from this company since i lived there. And now all these bogus charges years later? They also paid me back my full deposit a few months after I moved out. So I don't know what's going on with their bookkeep... read more

This is an awful place to live. I lived here from Aug 2020-June 2021 and I got charged $695 in 1/17/2024 for my cleaning move out fees? I paid them a deposit back in 2020 and yet they charge me in 2024, never sent me a bill, or got ahold of me and sent me to collections and am now getting sued. Not only that but so much illegal activity was happening while living there and hallways were always dirty and smelt like smoke. If you plan to live here, beware. This is a terrible place to live. Shannon the property manager is very easy to get ahold of when you are considering renting but as soon as you become a tenant she blocks you. She tells you tenants avoid her but it’s the other way around. It is extremely hard to communicate with her and she’s never available. None of the lease rules are enforced. People use their garages as storage units or man caves which leaves no parking. It took maintenance 6 weeks to fix my dishwasher and washing machine and that was right after I moved... read more
