I have had an appointment with this company since September to put in insulation in my home. Since then they have rescheduled and called on the same day of the appointment to cancel twice. They always give the same excuse and keep pushing the date out, it is now January. I ended up looking for a different company because the level of incompetence I dealt with at this company was astronomical.
Responsive and easy to work with, but they will leave a HUGE insulation mess in your yard and driveway. They say the stuff is water soluable, but that's false. You'll have to go pick up all the foam. And hose off your siding.
