Wendy has been incredibly helpful through my past few visits. She takes time to answer all of my questions and make sure I’m feeling comfortable during these beginning stages that can be very nerve-racking.
I have been going to Cornerstone Women’s Care for close to 20 years. I originally was the patient of Dr. Holeman. Today I am the lucky patient of Amy Janetsky. She is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend her to any age woman. I am closing in on 60, so I can say that I know how it feels to be well taken care of since my mid 30s by this center.
Long story short, 1. the front desk asked me to pay for over $800 balance during my first visit, before I even see the doctor. They can’t even explain how they get this number. 2. They either didn’t submit my insurance info or constantly mistakenly file the wrong code. For one wellness check visit, I had to called 3 times to its own billing department and 1 time to my own insurance company. The bill is still not fixed.
