Not professional! Meaning that their staff is always running late, and they don't return phone calls or emails. Additionally, I went for a wellness check-up around 8:30 AM and had to wait an hour before being seen because the staff was running late.
STAY AWAY! Great doctors but the front desk staff ruins the experience. Trust me that the front desk staff don’t make it worth trying to seeing these doctors. There are other doctors office you will ensure all their staff treats you with respect. I called looking to get help and clarity on why my prescription was declined a refill. I talked to two different women who wouldn’t share their names with me when I asked. They were both rude, short, and talked to me as if I was stupid. Dr. Bartell is fantastic. I switched providers after Cornerstone moved across town, but realizing my mistake, decided they're worth the trip and have resumed care here.
Not surprised at the amount of negative reviews. Clown show at this place. They will call the DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT to inform you that they don't accept ObamaCare. But they're happy to take your money, if you want! US Healthcare is a joke- this place is certainly no exception. Shameful practices.
