I just completed a course with Rich Arzaga on Real Estate Investment. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I learned more than I imagined I would in a short period of time. I highly recommend Rich as an instructor and as a CFP, especially for those interested in adding Real Estate to their portfolio! At least take his UC Extension class. Well worth the money and time!

I recently had the pleasure of participating in a course run by Rich focused on the real estate asset class, how it can be assessed from the viewpoint of a CFP, and related options available to clients and planners alike. It was clearly communicated, offered helpful tools to use in the future, and also provided introductions to experts in multiple areas crucial to having a chance of success with commercial real estate investment. Highly recommended.

Rich was a great instructor and gave a great overview of the industry. He punctuated lectures with lots of stories of his own experience and brought in great guest speakers to add color to key topics. It was a great overview of the potential for real estate investing both for my own investing and for me to consider while working with clients.
