Reception staff are nice people. However, I had a terrible interaction with a technician during my dog's urine culture appointment. They couldn't get a sample and told me "Your dog is not willing to cooperate" in a rude tone. I left the vet, took my dog for a few minutes walk, and got the sample right away. My dog has never had problems with urine samples at other vets - only here. How can I trust a vet that can't handle a basic procedure? The specific technician needs to learn proper customer service and politeness.
Everytime I have been here I have had an excellent expirence. Everyone is super friendly and always listen to my concerns and pay attention to the details. Prices are very reasonable for care and prescriptions. Highly reccomend!
Took my cat here for his first vet visit after moving to the area. The staff were all very friendly, super professional, and made my little furball friend feel right at home! If you have an animal and live in the Ithaca area I highly recommend taking them to Cornerstone for all their veterinary needs!
