The lights on my tow vehicle weren't working and I needed them fixed within a couple days. I called from Alexandria and he said he could get me in the next day. The existing connections were corroded, causing a short. He explained everything to me, showing me the faulty parts, and got it all replaced without having to wait for new parts - he had them on hand.
