We had the BEST dinner at Cornerstone in downtown Wayne! Everything was absolutely to die for. The service was top-notch, and the oysters were beyond excellent. I’m still craving the bucatini pasta the next day. it was that good! Our steak was wood-fire grilled to perfection, and the entire experience felt elevated while still being warm and welcoming. The fish was very small and salty. I had the pasta special there was probably 20 pieces of pasta in it and it said short rib. It was like round up meat and crabcakes. Very small drinks expensive been there before this time not happy at all.
The best food on the mainline. The atmosphere is incredible. Nick and Christine (and all the staff) are amazing and go above and beyond to make your experience fantastic. The food is unbelievable!! My overall experience was mixed. The experience at the Chef's Counter was great as you get to enjoy watching the chefs cook and prep the food ( I would ONLY recommend sitting here based on the rest of the review). For service, the server was friendly but not very attentive and hard to find at times. Not first time there. Date night with my wife last night was amazing. We ordered oysters, crab claw fingers, steak tartar as starters. They were great, I wish I had some salt for the steak tartar but I still devoured it. Drinks were also great, I had 2 spicy margaritas.
