Company nothing but rip offs , will charge you $200 for not using tracking, that they never send until after the load is delivered then tell you , you didn’t use tracking and charge you $200 , never pull a load for them!!!
The dispatchers are rude. They hang up in your face and they act like this is a secret society. All I asked was how old do my authority have to be in order to become a carrier and they said “ We are not allowed to disclose that information CLICK”. I do not need the and now because I would Never book with a company who is so rude. Oh and I called back to try and reach someone else but I was GREETED WITH THE AAME NASTY ATTITUDE!
They team forgot to make a pickup appointment with a shipper. They cancel overweekend load.
