I rented a unit here for 2 years and never had a single problem! Best complex in town. Never had a worry about my belongings in the unit. Excellent security and good customer service. Easy to pay monthly bill as well.

Glad I found this place. Close and convenient,also has great security.
Came here as an out-of-state KU student when all the storage units in Lawrence were filled up and I’m so glad I did! Units are clean and secure and getting set up is super convenient. Beyond that, the family who runs this place is absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Would 10/10 recommend this place to any student needing somewhere to keep their stuff over breaks! :)
