As an athlete, it's common to have little things that bug you from time to time. Ryan is wonderful at finding issues and fixing them quickly. Whether it be running or lifting, Ryan always keeps me functioning to my highest level.
Ryan is awesome and always has my body feeling better in no time. He knows the body well and I am always looser and have better range of motion after my visit. He helps this old lady try to keep up with weightlifting and CrossFit. He's awesome!
Ryan solves problems...fast! Helped me prep for a same day workout, when prior to I couldn't walk down stairs (quads were on lock). He coaches as he massages, sharing ways to improve and remedy once you exit. I appreciated him, as he is a former athlete, knows sports, coaches athletes, and can understand the body with regards to athletic performance. My body feels relief after visiting!
Ryan is a phenomenal massage therapist who has a deep knowledge of how the body works. Ryan is passionate for helping his clients get out of pain and get back to doing what they love to do!
