The location I was familiar with moved. I was unable to find it at the new address given.
The environment is friendly, they answered all of my questions.
Hands down, worst customer service ever, my vacuum hose broke and I dropped it off to be repaired, 3 weeks go by and no phone call or any communication from Cornerstone at all, then when I call them they inform me they could not get the part to fix my vacuum. They were also supposed to clean my vacuum as part of the service which they did not do and then tried to charge me $100 for literally doing nothing but holding my vacuum for 3 weeks.
