I reached out in June of 2025 about a leak. It took another message and 2 months to get a response. I was told they would come fix it. It’s been a year ago today that I first reached out and it still isn’t fixed. I had all of our gutters and downspouts replaced. I also got the lifetime guaranteed gutter covers. That was done in May of 2024. I simply wanted a leak fixed so I wasn’t walking out in the rain to water pouring onto us cause the leak is over the porch. I was very pleased with the quality of work. Todd’s crew was professional. I would definitely call him again.
Reached out to Todd about gutters. He was responsive, friendly, and fairly priced. Todd made sure we both we'll understood the work. His crew was fast and left no mess behind. Last night when we got 5 inches of rain the gutters worked like a champ. I got up there and checked the fasteners, and everything held up perfectly in that unusually heavy storm. Would definitely hire Todd and his crew again.
We hired this roofer based on a personal family recommendation and seemed confident in their work. Unfortunately, the price kept increasing due to supposed ‘discovered issues.’ While unexpected problems can happen, the lack of transparency and constant upcharges made us feel misled.
