Reached out to Eliana Santiago by mail, several times by phone, and numerous times by email and she NEVER returned my calls, letters, or emails if this company goes into bankruptcy due to the amount of lawsuits that was passed on to the company it will be thanks to her she has the power to stop this company from being sued and she just sits behind her desk ignoring calls and paperwork all while collecting a paycheck. They have a nice office. Speaking to a person on the phone who can actually help or getting response from staff. Not so much.
If I could, I would give this company 0 stars. Definitely going to take legal actions. They put a wrongful eviction on my record. Paid amount due within the 3 day notice, never received a court date, Management stated they dropped the eviction proceeding since I paid. Renewed my lease a year later. Once I left the property, I received a deposit back due to the great condition I left the apartment in.
