Awesome company to work with when trying to rent a house. Nice people to deal with! Thank you Sol for all your help💜💜💜
I make 8K per month as an occupational therapist with over 10 years experience, virtually no debt and a 760 credit score. I filled out an application and they declined me, indicating I do not have enough time on my current job and at my apartment. I am still in disbelief. Hope yall have better luck than me with this company.
Cornerstone (evergreen turnkey) By far the best rental company I have ever rented from. They always come to fix anything that needs fixing within a day or 2 and they are all so kind. I have rented 2 different places from them and have been so happy. We had a bad experience with a different rental company before we came to them and I don't want to ever rent from anyone else.
I feel so blessed to have landlords that care as much as cornerstone realty. If I ever have an issue, they are prompt and on it. It’s been wonderful and I’m so grateful that I crossed paths with them. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
