The more people I’ve spoken to, the more I’ve realized this type of situation is not uncommon with Paul. He quoted me $2,860 for approximately 75 feet of chain link fencing. I was told that if bedrock was encountered, the price could increase. However, no effort was made to assess this beforehand, which is something that should reasonably be part of quoting a job like this. He said “that would be stupid of me to do”.
