I was shocked by a piece of their electrical therapy equipment. When my doctor called and asked them about the incident, they lied and said it never happened. That is the only reason I’m leaving this negative review. I understand it was an accident by the staff, but to lie about it to cover it up makes it so much worse. Obviously, their staff is not sufficiently trained on how to properly use their equipment and their management is dishonest. Be careful if you choose to be a patient there. These ladies are knowledgeable and so helpful. On top of their skill they are just lovely and fun people. It makes it easier to come when you enjoy the hard work!!
