If I could give zero stars , I would based off the harassment I received from alicia fiorello they are slum lords, my home.I was there , two years with a leaking roof damaging all my items and mold throughout the home after reporting this I Face so much retaliation from this evil woman. Alicia fiorello , I have witnessed this woman yelling at a tenant using profanity to A tenant Also asking personal questions like “are you pregnant“ It was such a disgusting thing to see. I don’t even know how she’s still working at that Establishment
I would not recommend this company to rent from. No response and very limited communication post move out. Richard will not return our calls regarding a large deposit and return post rental. Multiple reports of needs at our home and safety issues regarding our children were never addressed or repaired. This is not a first class rental agency. Go elsewhere.
