Mike Vogt and his staff took great care of our loan. The process was seem less from the start. Prior to COVID, it was easy to drop off documents at the office or scan documents into the portal. The mortgage application was quick and easy to complete. If the underwriters needed additional information, the front office promptly reached out to ensure the process was staying on track. Mike Vogt was an absolute pleasure to work with. We ended up looking to buy our first home after having a few issues with our apartment that made us realize it was time for a place of our own.
