I made a new account under a false name in order to make this review because at this point I'm afraid that this place will break HIPAA and expose me. I have been a member for over three years and never in my life, have I experienced something like this. As I was leaving one of the ladies working there named Jackie, was badmouthing other patients to another worker. She was very combative and rude when I tried to say something, she told me that I did not work here and it did not concern me.
Dr. Sprosty was comforting, and welcoming to this new patient. We have a followup phone appointment Wednesday at which time we will discuss questions that arose during our initial appointment.
Always a great experience, and great staff
