My Aunt is a patient of Dr. Pham’s. She’s currently in a long term care facility. Dr. Pham stopped her medication without telling her or explaining why. The doctor spoke to the nursing home staff but not the patient (she’s very competent and a former nurse). I feel like nursing home patients are treated differently than office patients.
