This was my first visit here, it’s conveniently located and the facility is brand new, the office staff was friendly and professional, I was seen by my doctor as scheduled. Dr. Batton who was friendly, professional and thorough...It’s been several years since I had a doctor that I felt comfortable with and confident in. Very glad to be a patient with her and McLeod Health
My first and last time going to this hospital. If you want to wait for 5 hours to be seen you are welcome.
We took our 9 year old son there with a cut on his finger that required 3 stitches. We waited a total of 3 hours from start to finish! A lot quicker than going to the ER! The nurse and doctor that we saw were exceptional! They took the time to explain everything, kept my son calm, and took excellent care of our whole family!

Dr. Shaw Newsom is an extremely skilled physician. He and his father before him have taken care of the health of my family for a number of years. We are blessed to have such a caring and knowledgeable doctor. He is first class all the way across the board!
I trust Dr Rowson and his staff 100%. He's been my dr for about 8 yrs. Takes time to listen to you & I never feel rushed . Very good dr.
This is the worst hospital! The ER staff is useless. I have been to this hospital on numerous occasions and never have I been pleased with this hospital or staff. This hospital gives McLeod a bad name. Clean up the staff and make this hospital a better place to take loved ones who have true medical emergency.
I've never had a massage therapist totally disregard my request so completely! At the beginning of my 80 min massage I told the therapist (Katie) that I was doing a lot of squats recently and that my legs and lower back were sore. She spent less than 5 minutes on my legs (with minimal pressure) and the entire time was spent on my upper back. Even less time was spent on my arms and she did not even touch my chest or abdomen. If you are looking for any kind of session to relieve athletic soreness, look elsewhere.
I was there 2 times with two different medical issues. I waited for less than an hour, was correctly diagnosed with medications called into y pharmacy. I picked up my meds and was on my way way home to recover just as it should be. The staff was friendly. I was not rushed with my appointment. I got a clear written directions which were reviewed with my before I left the clinic. Everything looked clean and organized to me.
