This absolutely has to be THE worst insurance company I’ve EVER dealt with! Sarah Manley who is head team manager has continued to ignore my emails for last 2mths. I have an outstanding preventative medical bill for a year now they have not paid despite constant requests & NUMEROUS phone calls. Steer clear! Absolutely terrible service
This company is a joke they do not pay your bills STAY AWAY
Very very bad customer service. Late responses to urgent matters. Poor communication, irresponsible staff. Sent email to ceo, vp and cfo about the matter and nothing. HR stated they were a good company to help there employees but totally wrong as they only have a 1 star I'm assuming that's because we can't give a 0 or negative star review.
