Had a wellness check done 1/17/24 a now over 18 months later it hasn’t been paid . Claims say they are waiting on funding while the collections company keep sending me notices. A complete rip off , this so called health insurance company is a joke.
Cornerstone Preferred Resources processes claims/billing department for First Health. At least, that’s supposed to be their job, which they fail to do. They are a Third Party Administrator for First Health. First Health operates as a not-for-profit health care "sharing program", and not a contract for payment insurance provider. This absolutely has to be THE worst insurance company I’ve EVER dealt with! Sarah Manley who is head team manager has continued to ignore my emails for last 2mths. I have an outstanding preventative medical bill for a year now they have not paid despite constant requests & NUMEROUS phone calls. Steer clear! Absolutely terrible service
This company is a joke they do not pay your bills STAY AWAY
