Dr. Imran Ahmed is the worst Doctor you can possibly see! I went in with excruciating pain and asked him to prescribe me the medication that I had gotten before for my issue. He refused to give it multiple times and didnt consider what I was feeling. He asked me to do something that wasn’t even necessary. I have been going to this place for almost 7-8 years and never experienced anything like this. I have attending this pharmacy for 8 years. The current girl ( with glasses) who initially helps you with prescriptions is extremely rude. The owner and the some of pharmacists are super nice and helpful. I think the staff needs to be better trained in customer service.
Waiting time is long.
The doctor was good. When it comes to receptionist(other than 1 person). All are too rude. They are here to chit chat and have fun, not to help patients. Change the receptionist then the clinic will be good.
