Mark is a fantastic personal trainer. I really liked the workout regimens he designed– they were hard, but not impossible to get through. I definitely felt like I pushed my body during every single workout. Mark’s demeanor during my workout is exactly what I needed – he wasn’t in my face like a drill sergeant, but offered just the right amount of encouragement when necessary.
